Cascade Distributors Ltd. and Raider-Hansen Inc. are pleased to announce that the companies have agreed to merge and form Cascade Raider Holdings Ltd. Effective April 1, 2011 the companies commenced operations as a single corporation operating its Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley locations under Raider-Hansen and its Interior and Vancouver Island operations under the Cascade Distributors banner.

The company remains 100% B.C. owned and operated and is committed to its focus of being the number one supplier to industry in British Columbia. Head office for the two operations is being consolidated into the Raider-Hansen location in Aldergrove, British Columbia.

With eight locations and increased inventory, the newly formed company is the leading regionally based supplier in British Columbia. Customers with current accounts with either company will now be able to access materials and services throughout the province from any of our locations. With an increased product offering and an enlarged main distribution centre, our customers will receive unmatched service levels.
